Vianna Elements is a Montessori education and consulting practice that travels the world to help families and schools. Elli, the founder, combines Montessori training with love for movement and travel to support children ages 0 to 15.

I’m Elli, a certified Montessori-trained guide (AMI 6-12), fitness trainer, and globetrotting educator with a deep love for learning, movement, healthy lifestyle and mindful living.

Our goal is to make education personal, joyful, and connected to real life.

With a background in bilingual elementary education, Montessori pedagogy, and educational leadership, I support schools, families, and homeschooling communities to help children and the grown-ups around them thrive.

My approach combines structure and creativity, whether designing or setting up classrooms, coaching school teams, or helping families implement Montessori and movement at home. I believe it is important to create inspiring learning environments where curiosity is honored, independence blossoms, and every child and every adult feels seen, safe, and inspired to grow.

So far, my journey has taken me across Europe, North- and Central America, from Waldorf (Steiner) classrooms in Berlin to bilingual university programs in Germany and France to Montessori schools in Switzerland to homeschooling settings in California and Argentina back to school settings in Central America. Today I work with schools and families around the world.

Empowering others is important to me, whether it’s through education, lifelong learning, movement, or simply showing up with heart and intention.
